Executive Board elects James M. Ouimet President of Help US Troops

(September 25, 2004 Richmond, VA)  James M. Ouimet was today elected to the post of President of Help U.S. Troops Inc., after an extensive search and consideration of several qualified candidates.

Mr. Ouimet is a 30 year veteran of the Managed Risk and Insurance Industries and brings a much-needed perspective to the organization.

He is a published Author and serves currently as President of The James Group, a Consultancy with clients and commitments nationwide.  James has held posts with MetLife, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Kentucky Home Life Insurance companies as Vice President and President, respectively.

James Ouimet brings a much-needed organization to our efforts, and will create and execute policy and programs from his Philadelphia, PA location.
