Help U.S. Troops
is looking for serious minded people for our Operations
Center located in Richmond, VA beginning in 2005. We will have openings for:
CASEWORKERS:
Accept calls and web-based (computer
generated) requests for benefits and work
the applicant's problem from initial contact through to a successful
conclusion. Validate entitlement, contact vendors
local to the applicant, arrange delivery of and completion
of services and actively manage the solution of the
applicant's problem.
FUNDRAISERS:
Via telephone and personal contact you shall solicit
individuals, businesses, corporations and other non-profit
organizations for both monetary and non-monetary
contributions to Help U.S. Troops.
DEVELOPERS:
Through personal contact and via telephone you shall
organize and negotiate agreements with Vendors of needed
services in location in the USA and around the world to
promote Help U.S. Troops and our delivery of needed services
for our applicants. 50% travel would likely be involved.
OPERATIONS MANAGERS:
Oversee and coordinate floor activities of Caseworkers
and Fundraisers, make decisions regarding the granting of
benefits to applicants, manage and conduct operations in all
aspects of the organization. Prior military experience
preferred: Former Navy Chief / Marine Gunnery Sergeant
/ etc.
